Blue Curacao Fizz Cocktail Recipe
Tart and spicy with a touch of bitterness, this cocktail will get you on your feet! Bracing and refreshing.
Ingredients
- 2 parts blue curacao
- 1 part Malabar
- 1 lime thinly sliced
- 1 part simple syrup
- top with soda water
- fresh mint
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients, except the soda water, in a shaker.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake well.
- Fill your glass with ice cubes, add the mint leaves, and carefully strain the cocktail into the glass.
- Top it off with soda water and garnish with fresh mint
