Signature Malabar Cocktails
Blackberry Mint Spritzer
This delightfully refreshing blackberry mint spritzer has a lovely spicy undertone thanks to Malabar Spiced Liqueur.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup blackberries
- 5 mint leaves
- 1 tbsp simple syrup
- 1 oz gin
- 1 oz Malabar
- 3 oz soda water
Instructions
- Muddle together the blackberries, mint leaves, and simple syrup in a glass.
- Stir in the gin, Malabar, and ice.
- Top with soda water, stir, and garnish with extra blackberries and mint.
